These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of goodvibesbadideas.com (the "Site") and purchases from Good Vibes Bad Ideas ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to place an order, or use the Site with a parent or guardian's involvement.

2. PRODUCTS
All products are made to order. We make every effort to display colors and designs accurately, but actual colors and print placement may vary slightly due to screens and the production process. Measurements on product pages are approximate.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing errors or suspected fraud; if an order is cancelled after payment, we will refund you in full. Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers.

4. SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Shipping, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, text, graphics, logos and other content on the Site are owned by or licensed to Good Vibes Bad Ideas and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission.

6. USER CONTENT
If you send us reviews, photos, comments or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with our business. You confirm that you own the content and that it does not violate anyone's rights.
