REFUND POLICY

At Good Vibes Bad Ideas ("we", "us"), every item we sell is made to order, just for you. This policy explains how refunds, replacements and exchanges work.
1. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, has a printing or manufacturing defect, or is not the item you ordered, contact us at shaizohar32@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method. In most cases you will not need to return the item.
2. WRONG SIZE OR CHANGE OF MIND
Because items are produced on demand and cannot be resold, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If you ordered the wrong size, contact us at shaizohar32@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. We're happy to swap it for a different size (one exchange per order). Since every piece is made just for you, the production and shipping cost of the replacement is covered by you. If your item arrived damaged or misprinted, that one's on us: see section 1.
3. LOST PACKAGES AND INCORRECT ADDRESSES
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will help investigate with the carrier. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout; such orders may be reshipped at the customer's cost.
4. CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled or changed free of charge only before they enter production. Contact us at shaizohar32@gmail.com as soon as possible.
5. REFUNDS
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing by your bank or card issuer may take 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are refunded only for damaged, defective or incorrect items. Import duties, taxes and carrier fees charged on delivery for international orders are paid to your local customs authority or carrier, not to us, so we can't refund them.
