SHIPPING POLICY

Every piece from Good Vibes Bad Ideas ("we", "us") is made to order, just for you, and then sent your way. This policy explains where we ship, what it costs and how long it takes.

1. WHERE WE SHIP
We ship to:
- the United States (all 50 states)
- Canada
- the United Kingdom
- all 27 European Union countries
- Australia
- other destinations, selected at checkout
If your country doesn't appear at checkout, we can't ship there just yet. We're working on bringing the good vibes further.

2. SHIPPING RATES
All prices are in US dollars, and every order uses standard shipping.
- United States: $5.99, free on orders over $50
- Canada: $9.99, free on orders over $75
- United Kingdom: $7.99, free on orders over $75
- European Union: $7.99, free on orders over $75
- Australia: $11.99, free on orders over $100
- Other destinations: $12.99, free on orders over $100
Free shipping thresholds apply to your order subtotal after discounts and before taxes. Your exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

3. CURRENCY
Our prices and checkout are in US dollars for every country. If you pay with a card or account in another currency, your bank or payment provider converts the amount and may charge its own conversion fee.

4. PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Because everything is made to order, production typically takes 2-5 business days. Once your order ships, standard delivery typically takes:
- United States: 3-8 business days
- United Kingdom and European Union: 3-7 business days
- Canada: 3-10 business days
- Australia: 3-22 business days. Apparel ships from the US and usually takes about 3 weeks; mugs and some accessories arrive faster.
- Other destinations: 9-14 business days
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays. These are estimates, not guarantees. During busy seasons, and when packages clear customs, delivery can take a little longer, so order early if it's a gift.

5. DUTIES AND TAXES
Here's what to expect in each region.
- United States: any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout. There's nothing more to pay on delivery.
- United Kingdom: most orders are made at our partner's facility in the UK, and VAT is handled before your order ships, so there's normally nothing to pay on delivery. For orders with a product value over GBP 135, UK VAT and customs charges may be collected by the carrier.
- European Union: most orders are made at our partner's facilities in the EU, and VAT is handled before your order ships, so there's normally nothing to pay on delivery. If an item has to ship from outside the EU, it may be subject to the EU's customs duty on low-value parcels (currently EUR 3 per item), collected by the carrier.
- Canada: orders ship from the US. Depending on the value and how the package is delivered, GST/HST and possibly customs duty may be charged on delivery, together with a carrier handling fee. Lower-value orders are often exempt.
- Australia: for orders under AUD 1,000, there's normally nothing to pay on delivery.
- Other destinations: import VAT, customs duty and carrier handling fees may be charged on delivery depending on local rules and order value.
Any duties, taxes or fees charged on delivery are set by your local customs authority and carrier, not by us. They're not included in our prices or shipping fees, and the recipient pays them. Rules change from time to time, so please check your local rules if you're unsure. Packages refused or left unclaimed because of import charges aren't eligible for a refund of shipping costs.

6. MULTIPLE PACKAGES
Different items may be made at different facilities, so an order with several items may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.

7. TRACKING
We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

8. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, including your postal code. Address changes may not be possible once production begins. Orders returned because of an incorrect or undeliverable address can be reshipped at the customer's cost.
